ROLES ANNOUNCED:

1) A Company that has developed a "unique breakthrough" (as described by one of the internationally acknowledged world experts in the field) for SME Business Continuity, which makes Resilience Planning  easy and very rapid for individual companies with no prior expertise, is looking for a Business Partnerto help attract finance, grow the company and directly assist with marketing.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in company finance and regulation and expertise in internet marketing. The role will be remunerated through overall sales percentages and 'sweat equity', and would  initially  be based remotely.  The product, which includes  online  software  and service through local  associates, is designed to encourage local  expertise and resources, and has great relevance in both developed and rapidly developing economies; with discussions already with overseas partners.

2) A Mentor / NED / Chairman is needed with strong sales and marketing experience and ideally with a background in professional services to accelerate sales for a growing business. The directors of this small yet profitable company believe the business is on track to become “The most innovative, practical and effective sustainability services provider” in a UK market that is growing from a current £8bn a year to a projected £25 bn a year by 2020. With an experienced and proven management team the company has already secured sales, mostly recurring, with over 30 blue chip clients. Its core activities are compliance, managed services and software in the fast evolving energy services sector. The ideal candidate would have experience and board level contacts in the Utilities, Hotels and Leisure, Private Equity and Property sectors. The company is Farnham based, with a serviced office in London.

3) A Sales Director is needed for a company with an online food and drink pre-order service that simplifies group bookings for the hospitality industry, using web technology to solve a problem that restaurants all over the world currently solve using pen and paper.  The ideal candidate will play the pivotal role in the company, building strategy for sales and marketing functions within our business whilst leading a team of mobile and desk based sales personnel.  The company is an operational and revenue generating Software-as-Service ('SaaS') business targeting a niche that has been historically underserved by IT.

4) A company with an online product used by global pharma companies to carry out late phase research in international studies. We have existing big pharma customers and have raised money to develop a business development team. We’re looking for a non-exec Chairperson to help us steer and a full time Business Development Director. Ideal candidates will have successfully managed the challenges of selling from small technology companies to blue chips. As rewards above and beyond the pleasure of the job we are offering either equity or a paid position with an equity element.
